After a thorough examination from your physician or one of our certified and highly experienced physical therapists, we may determine that the DRX9000™ is an appropriate part of your treatment plan for relieving your back pain. You may need to receive other physical therapy treatments, as well.
Our first step is to effectively provide the patient with relief from pain and disability. The second step involves mobilization of vertebrae and strengthening of muscles surrounding the vertebrae. The final phase incorporates education and prevention to avoid future back injury and pain.
Here’s what to expect when being treated on the DRX 9000™ machine
- A series of 15-20 sessions. The number of sessions will depend on how well the treatments are working for you.
- Each session is approximately 30 to 45 minutes on the machine
