• No Fault Insurance

Most insurance companies require a copay or 20% for each date of service to be paid by the patient. Workers Compensation and No Fault require no fee as long as there is approval for treatment. In New York State a referral from a physician, podiatrist or dentist is required before treatment. Prior authorization by the insurance carrier may be required before treatment.

STPTA is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) which is the national professional organization representing nearly 70,000 members. Its goal is to foster advancements in physical therapy practice, research and education.

STPTA is a member of the New York State Physical Therapy Association (NYPTA) which is a professional, non-profit association of approximately 5000 members. The NYPTA is dedicated to serving the public's health interests, improving the standard of health for people of all ages, and advancing the benefits of physical therapy and the interests of physical therapy professionals in New York State.

STPTA has been a member of the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce since 1986.
